Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem
  • Photos of the product packaging and shipping label when applicable

After review and approval, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Lost Packages

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe and tracking shows an abnormal delay, please contact us for assistance.

Claims for lost packages will be reviewed based on carrier tracking information and shipping records.

Delivered Orders

If tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered, refunds cannot be issued solely on the basis that the package was not received.

Additional documentation from the shipping carrier may be required for investigation.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Providing an incorrect shipping address
  • Delays caused by customs clearance
  • Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings

Return Policy

Customers must contact us before returning any item.

Do not send products to the address shown on the package.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

In most cases involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, a physical return will not be required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
